Adapting the JK Rowling's set of iconic books into the series for the first time, the show will revolve around the adventures of Harry Potter and his two friends, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley.
Get ready to step into the world of Harry Potter again! On Tuesday (March 24), HBO revealed the first image from its upcoming Harry Potter series. As the new era of the wizarding world is set to begin, the makers have revealed a picture of the beloved Harry stepping into Hogwarts.
The picture shared on HBO’s official Instagram shows the first image of Harry, played by Dominic McLaughlin, in the series. The clip shows him from behind as he walks toward the Quidditch pitch, wearing his iconic red cloak with his name “Potter” and the number 7 written in gold, along with a cap. The colour represents his house, Gryffindor.
Carrying his broom, which, as far as we know, is the Nimbus 2000, he follows a group of students entering the pitch to watch the match between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff, whose flags are displayed in the image.
Sharing the picture, HBO simply captioned it as,''Tomorrow.'' With this caption, it is unclear what the makers have teased. They may be hinting that something big is coming tomorrow, possibly a teaser or a trailer. However, the first image and caption have already built excitement among fans, suggesting that the new world of Harry Potter might be almost ready and could be revealed soon.
No official confirmation has been shared by the makers regarding a teaser or trailer. The forthcoming series is currently in production at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in the United Kingdom.
