Australia’sODI and Test captain Pat Cummins won the internet with his savage reply on the possible four semi-finalists at the upcoming 2024 T20 World Cup. During an interview with a TV channel, Cummins, replying to a question on the final four atJune'smarquee event, said Australia would be one of them, caring least about who the remaining three would be.

Following a slight giggle, the interviewer asked him again,‘Which three do you want?’To which Cummins responded,‘Don'tcare; you can pick any of them.’

Such a reply reflects how confident Cummins is of Australia going for the glory for the second time, winning it the first time in 2021 by beating New Zealand in the final.

Cummins has brought Australia back into the reckoning for world domination since taking over the captaincy role in two formats. His first trophy as the Aussie captain was their maiden World Test Championship (WTC) title last year, where they beat favourites India in a one-sided contest.
