Another shocking incident of sexual harassment surfaced in Delhi NCR after a student posted a video of a man masturbating while sitting next to her in a bus.
In the video, the man is seen exposing himself, touching himself inappropriately in public. The man had a bag cover himself from other passengers while the girl sitting next to him could see his misdoings.
The man in question appears to be middle-aged in the video. The woman also alleged that he tried touching her as well.
The woman also tried shouting at the man and draw attention but reportedly there wasn't much of a response from other passengers.
The incident happened when the bus was passing through Vasant Vihar in south Delhi.
The woman left the bus and went straight to the police station to lodge a complaint for sexual harassment and public obscenity.

The incident took place on February 7, the man is yet to be arrested.
The girl later took to Twitter stating that she simply wants "the person to be arrested as soon as possible".
She tweeted that her video is a message to "those who are just doing wrong things to women... women have to stand up."
The case has been registered and an investigation is underway.

According to Delhi Police CRPO, the authorities are trying to identify and locate the man and called the incident a case of perversion.
He also noted that the passengers on the bus should have intervened too.
