The collaboration between Prabhas and Diljit Dosanjh in Bhairava Anthem has been a treat for fans. However, according to media reports, Prabhas was initially doubtful about adopting a 'Sardar' look and was even sceptical about its reception across diverse Indian audiences.
The decision to feature Prabhas in a 'Sardar' avatar alongside Diljit Dosanjh was met with cautious optimism by both the producers and Prabhas himself. Balancing the representation of North and South Indian cultures posed a challenge that required delicate handling.
Choreographer Pony Verma's Perspective
Choreographer Pony Verma in an interview with Bollywood Now recently disclosed that Diljit Dosanjh initially expressed concerns about Prabhas' established star status. She reassured him by promising to present Prabhas majestically, ensuring his entry exuded regal charisma.
The choreography faced the significant challenge of portraying both cultural identities with equal respect and prominence.
