In a recent interview with popular YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, Akshay reflected on his past breakups and offered advice on how to channelise anger. He said, "Whenever I have had a breakup, 2-3 times, I used to exercise more. Channelise it. Because there was so much anger, so you have to channelise it."
Akshay added, "I get into working out more. I eat a lot. I think that is the way a martial artist would do. I believe that is the only way we understand."
During the interview, he also shared that he doesn't have too many friends in the industry and he feels grounded around his childhood friends. The actor also shared that he often visits his childhood homes because it reminds him of his roots.
