The Indian Premier League (IPL 2024) is moving into the final week of league action as teams are looking to gather momentum ahead of the playoffs. Far from decided yet, eight teams are stillin therunning for the four playoff spotswithRoyal Challengers Bengaluru being one of the sides. With two matches to go in the league stage, Virat Kohli and Co will look to book their place in the Playoffs but will needcertainscenarios to go their way.
How can RCB book playoff berth?
Heading into Sunday’s match against Delhi Capitals, thelosing side will likely pack their bags and sit out of the IPL 2024 playoffs. RCB, currently on a run of three consecutive winswill need to win their next two matches and get 14 points to qualify for the playoffs. On the other side, CSK’s defeat to RR and RCB beating DC will seeboththe South Indian giants enter the head-to-head clash on May 18 with 12 points each. Assuming DC beat LSG on Tuesday and lose to RCB on Sunday, Rishabh Pant’s side will end the season on 14 points from 14 matches.
