With just over a week left for the presidential election in the United States (US), the phone data of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris were hacked. The phone data of Trump's running mate JD Vance was also targeted.

On Saturday (Oct 26), Israel launched its much-expected strike on Iran, targeting the Islamic Republic's military bases. Tehran confirmed that an Israeli attack targeted several military bases in Tehran and other cities, saying it "caused limited damage."
