Hamas chief Sinwar left hand-written last instructions in secret document: Reports

Slain Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar reportedly left hand-written instructions about what should be done with the Israeli hostages in case he is killed, documents discovered on Friday show. This comes over a week after Sinwar was killed as he took shelter in a building in Rafah.
The secret documents comprise three torn pages written by him sometime before his death. According to images of the documents obtained and published by the Palestinian paper Al-Quds, Sinwar wrote, "Take care of the lives of enemy prisoners and secure them, since they are the bargaining chip in our hands."
He believed that keeping the hostages alive was extremely important to get Palestinian prisoners released from jail. The document further mentions the location of the Hamas captives and talks about rewarding the militants who complete their duty.
The header of the papers says “Alarqam Trading for Printer Co,” a Dubai-registered printed company.
The document is like a detailed log sheet of all the hostages, indicating their names, ages and genders and whether they are civilians or military members. Sinwar seemed to be keeping a note of who were still alive and how many were being held in which area.

It also mentions the names of 11 female captives who were freed in the November cease-fire.
According to the Telegraph, Hamas still has 101 Israeli hostages, with at least 60 thought to still be alive.
Sinwarwas killed in IDF op
Sinwar died accidentally in an Israeli airstrike on a building on Oct 16.
The IDF was carrying out its routine patrol searching for Hamas tunnels in Rafah when the troops saw three men running from one house to the other. They sent a drone into one of the buildings they had hit and saw a man sitting alone on a sofa.
They did not know who the man was at that moment, as Sinwar was seen weakly throwing a piece of wood at the drone. The man was missing his right hand and his face was covered.
A second strike killed Sinwar and two other Hamas terrorists. The Hamas chief's identity was confirmed after conducting a DNA test.
