China's war on Wuhan virus has a new foe: Second wave of COVID-19

The Chinese capital reported 106 domestically transmitted COVID-19 cases since June 11 and a senior city official warned that the situation is "extremely severe" in Beijing where authorities have mounted massive containment measures including mass testing of about 90,000 people.
After Beijing's COVID-19 infections increased, it seems that the capital has now become a "no-go zone" for other parts of China, as many places have raised an alert on travels to Beijing and strengthened health check on arrivals from Beijing, state-run Global Times reported.
The WHO’s emergency director--- Mike Ryan has said that the WHO is expecting the Chinese authorities to publish genetic sequencing of the virus in Beijing. They will but with the same sincerity -- with which China destroyed initial samples of Wuhan.
Every pandemic has over 2 to 3 waves, what's happening in Beijing is in all probability the signs of the second wave.
The world health organization did nothing the first time and the second time appears no different.
This time, the WHO does not even feel the need to mask its tilt towards China. Because amidst all of this Dr Tedros is planning to address university students in Beijing.
It is not like we are living through a pandemic but this pattern will keep repeating, China covering-up outbreaks and WHO covering up for China. China's financial hubs were spared during the first outbreak. This time, the cluster is in Beijing.
China's political stability depends entirely on its economic situation. If financial hubs are hit, the govt will face political consequences.
