Makers of Fanney Khan released the much-awaited teaser today starring Anil Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Rajkummar Rao.
Sharing the teaser today on his Twitter, Anil Kapoor wrote: “Jo khud apni kahani likhe woh hi hai #FanneyKhan…(the one who writes his own story is Fanney Khan).”
For those who are unaware, Fanney Khan is a colloquially used phrase --to describe a person who is an entertainer, charts his own journey and engages with people.
The teaser thus opens with the silhouette of Anil Kapoor posing on the stage with the spotlight on him, as the crowd cheers him on. The next frame is brought alive by Rajkummar, who in a voice-over explains what the true meaning of Fanney Khan is.
The teaser also teases a glimpse of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who is sporting red streaks at the end of her hair.
