Justin Timberlake was arrested on drunken driving charges.
Justin Timberlake was arrested for drunk driving after he refused to take a breath analyser test during a police stop. He was arrested for DWI in New York after he “performed poorly on all standardised field sobriety tests” according to the police.
As the police approached his vehicle, Justin looked intoxicated and refused to take the breath test which led to his arrest. The police went after him as he ran a stop sign and drove out of his lane.
Justin Timberlake reportedly refused to take a breathalyser test during a police stop earlier last Tuesday and was later arrested for DWI in Sag Harbor, NY.
What’s funny in this episode though is that the officer who pulled him was “so young” that he didn’t recognise him by his face or name. The officer didn’t know who Justin Timberlake was. Also, it's being reported that Justin told the officer, “This is going to ruin the tour”, to which the officer replied, “What tour?” and Justin answered, “World tour”.

Justin Timberlake was dining with friends at a hotel on Monday night when police were reportedly stationed outside the establishment. After the singer left, officers stopped him for a traffic violation.
After being arraigned, Justin Timberlake has been released on his own recognisance. His New York licence will be suspended, but he holds an out-of-state licence.
Timberlake was seen leaving the police station keeping a low profile in a black baseball cap and sunglasses, along with a grey T-shirt, black jacket and blue jeans.
Meanwhile, Justin Timberlake is currently on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, with two upcoming concerts at the United Center in Chicago on June 21 and June 22.
