The National Green Tribunal (NGT) on Friday allowed construction activities to resume in the national capital while asking the government to take preventive measures in order to control air pollution.
The NGT also lifted the ban on the entry of trucks in the Delhi. The Delhi High Court had allowed entry of trucks and removed the four-fold increase in parking fees on Thursday.

''Ban on entry of trucks has also been lifted, but should be properly regulated,'' news agency ANI reported quoting NGT.
Prohibitory order on industries, burning of crops will continue to be in place, according to the NGT order.
The sprinkling of water will continue where particles are dense. The NGT has told Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh to implement water sprinkling in their respective states.

The NGT also directed Delhi and other neighbouring states to file a status report within two weeks.
