A media report expressed doubts over the hearing of the case this year.
Stating that the ICJ judges will get two-month summer vacations in the month of August and after the vacation, the court will hear cases that have already been fixed before it.
Pakistan has time and again rejected Indis's request for granting consular access to Jadhav.
