Taking breaks from their busy schedules, Colin Jost and Scarlett Johansson attended the White House Correspondents' Dinner in Washington, D.C. on Saturday. The power couple attended the event at the Washington Hilton, where Jost was chosen to host the organisation's most high-profile event of the year by the White House Correspondents’ Association.
Johannson, 39, stunned in a custom Giorgio Armani Privé white silk strapless column gown adorned with crystals. Jost, 41, complemented her look in a Giorgio Armani navy blue one-button peak lapel tuxedo trimmed in satin, paired with a white evening shirt and a bow tie.

The annual dinner, usually attended by the president and the first lady, serves as a fundraiser for the WHCA, supporting journalism scholarships and honouring recipients of the WHCA’s professional journalism awards.

Jost and Johansson, parents to 2-year-old son Cosmo, first met on the sets of Saturday Night Live, where Johansson was hosting. While Jost has been a regular writer on SNL since 2005 and is known for co-anchoring the “Weekend Update” segment, Johansson has hosted the show six times and is a member of the esteemed Five-Timers Club.
