<p>A new week and a new lawsuit! Disgraced rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been hit with a new lawsuit by a fashion designer Bryana Bana Bongolan.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A 17-page lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on November&nbsp;27, accuses the rapper of sexual battery, emotional distress, and false imprisonment.</p>

<p>According to court documents obtained by Rolling Stone, Combs allegedly threatened to kill her as he dangled her over a 17th-floor balcony. She's seeking $10 million in damages for the lasting emotional distress.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Despite Ventura's intervention, he didn't leave her. She claimed that Combs pulled her over the balcony and slammed her onto the balcony’s patio furniture, including a table.</p>

<p>Moreover, Bongolan also mentions witnessing several instances of physical abuse between Combs and then-girlfriend Ventura.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In the lawsuit, she claims that she saw Ventura covered in bruises or with a black eye, which was allegedly the result of Combs' physical assault.</p>

<p>An accident was reported to have&nbsp;taken&nbsp;place near the set of Rishabh Shetty's<em> Kantara: Chapter 1. </em>After the news of the major incident hit the headlines, an inside source close to the production said&nbsp;in a statement that a minor accident occurred 20 kilometres away from the shooting location and that no artist was reported injured. Additionally, the makers have also clarified that the shooting of the movie has not been paused.</p>

<p>"The news making rounds is completely false. The<em> Kantara: Chapter 1</em> team began shooting at 6 AM today, and everything is proceeding as normal. A minor accident occurred 20 kilometres away from the shooting location, involving a local bus carrying some members of the Kantara team. However, no injuries were reported," a source said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Earlier it was reported that a bus carrying a junior artist met with an accident late night on Nov. 24, following which six junior artists were injured and taken to the hospital.</p>

<p>However, in the news&nbsp;statement, the source has dismissed reports of any artist injury.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to PTI, the incident took place at Mudoor in Jadkal when a minibus carrying 20 actors was overturned in the Udupi district.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“The incident happened while they were returning to Kollur after completing the shoot at Mudoor in Jadkal. The minibus was carrying 20 junior artists when it met with the accident,” a police officer told PTI.&nbsp;The injured artists were quickly sent to the Jadkal Mahalakshmi Clinic in Jadkal and Kundapur for treatment. Due to the incident, the shoot has been temporarily halted. The police is currently investigating the case," said earlier reports.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A court here on Thursday remanded a lawyer from Chhattisgarh, arrested over allegations of threatening to kill Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, in police custody till November 18.</p>

<p>The Mumbai police arrested the accused lawyer, Faizan Khan, from Chhattisgarh's capital Raipur on Tuesday.</p>

<p>They brought him here after securing his transit remand from a Chhattisgarh court.</p>

<p>On Thursday, the police produced the accused before a court in Bandra here and sought his remand for seven days for a probe into the matter.</p>

<p>The accused's lawyers Amit Mishra and Sunil Mishra submitted that Faizan Khan's phone was stolen before the alleged incident.</p>

<p>They argued that the threat call made from his communication device was a conspiracy against him as he had earlier complained to the Mumbai police against Shah Rukh Khan over a dialogue in his movie <em>Anjaam</em>&nbsp;(1994) referring to deer hunting.</p>

<p>After hearing both sides, the court remanded the accused in police custody till November 18.<br />
The Bandra police station received a call on November 5 with a person on the other side threatening to kill Shah Rukh Khan and demanding Rs 50 lakh. The actor's home is located in Bandra.</p>

<p>Subsequently, a case was lodged against the then-unidentified caller under sections 308(4) (extortion involving threats of death or serious injury) and 351(3)(4) (criminal intimidation) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).</p>

<p>Punjabi aa gaye oye!&nbsp;Singer Diljit Dosanjh is coming to India to kickstart his&nbsp;Dil-Luminati tour.&nbsp;His first concert is scheduled for October 26. He will perform again in Delhi on October 27 before heading to Jaipur for a November 2 show.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Diljit will perform in Hyderabad on November 15, Ahmedabad on November 17, Lucknow on November 22, Pune on November 24, Kolkata on November 30, Bengaluru on December 6, Indore on December 8, and Chandigarh on December 14. He will wrap up the tour in Guwahati on December 29.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The British monarch is on an 11-day tour of Australia and Samoa, both independent Commonwealth states,&nbsp;the first major foreign trip since his cancer diagnosis earlier this year.</p>

<p>Wearing a white safari-style suit, the 75-year-old king sat at the head of a carved timber longhouse, where he was presented with a polished half-coconut filled with a narcotic kava brew.</p>

<p>The peppery, slightly intoxicating root drink is a key part of Pacific culture and is known locally as 'ava'.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The kava roots were paraded around the marquee, prepared by the chief's daughter, and filtered through a sieve made of dried bark.</p>

<p>Once ready, a Samoan man screamed as he decanted the drink, which was finally presented to the king.</p>

<p>Charles uttered the words: "May God Bless this ava" before lifting it to his lips.&nbsp;</p>
