On August 20, Margaret Qualley attended the London premiere of her upcoming post-apocalyptic thriller, The Dog Stars. Along with the film's director Ridley Scott and her co-stars Josh Brolin, Jacob Elordi, Benedict Wong, and Guy Pearce, Qualley made a striking appearance by donning Chanel's barefoot sandals.
As soon as the American actress walked the red carpet in her barefoot shoes, it created a massive buzz among viewers and the paparazzi. One of the most talked-about sandals was presented by designer Matthieu Blazy during his Resort 2027 collection for Chanel in Biarritz, France.
The barefoot shoe features only a small leather heel cap that can be laced up, leaving the soles, arches, and toes completely uncovered. It also highlights Chanel's signature logo in gold at the ankle.
Apart from her barefoot shoes, which drew all the attention, the actress wore a beautiful black dress adorned with delicate fringing. It featured cap sleeves, a plunging V-neckline, and a fluid silhouette. It is believed that the ensemble was designed by Blazy for Chanel.
Keeping her overall look simple, she left her hair loose in a wavy look with a centre part and complemented it with glossy red lips.
