Texas state troopers have released a dramatic video showing the arrest of a suspected people smuggler after a Hollywood-like car chase that culminated in a foot pursuit before the trooper was able to catch the suspect and arrest him in Maverick County.
Roque Flores, of Eagle Pass, has been charged with smuggling of persons and evading arrest, according to Chris Olivarez, a spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety. He added that one suspected illegal immigrant from Honduras was referred to the U.S. Border Control following the incident.
