Trump to be in interview with Musk: Will it break the internet? When and where will it happen?

Donald Trump and Elon Musk, two of the most maverick figures in the Americanpolitics and business worlds, are going to meet up for an interview next week, which some netizens feel will 'break the internet'. The two social media platform owners (Trump has a majority stake in Truth Social, while Elon Musk is the owner of X, which he bought when it was Twitter) have generally been supportive of each other in recent years.
“ON MONDAY NIGHT I’LL BE DOING A MAJOR INTERVIEW WITH ELON MUSK — Details to follow!” Trump posted on Truth Social, in his characteristic uppercase communication style.

According to reports,Musk said the interview on August 12 will be streamed on X Spaces.
The billionaire businessman who also owns electric vehicle company Tesla and space exploration firm SpaceX had endorsed Trump on July 14, just hours after the former United Statespresident was shot at in a failed assassination attempt in Pennsylvania.
"I fully endorse President Trump and hope for his rapid recovery," he wrote at the time, along with a video clip of the shooting aftermath.

At a rally this past Saturday, Trump acknowledged the support, while saying he is in favour ofelectric vehicles.
“I’m for electric cars, I have to be because Elon endorsed me very strongly,” he said, after years of opposing electric cars.
Before Musk took over and renamed the social media platform, the former owners of Twitter had deplatformed Trump. Thatouster wasover the 2021 January 6 Capitol riots when Trump supporters went on a rampage on the US Congress to oppose the results of the previous November's presidential election, which the Republican lost toincumbent PresidentJoe Biden.

Musk reinstated Trump on X, but Trump generally stayed away from posting on the platform, instead choosing his own platform, Truth Social, to interact with his followers.
Trump will face current Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris in this November's presidential election after Biden exited the race midway through the campaign.
