Toronto Raptors rally: 4 wounded, 3 arrested in shooting at the celebration of NBA title

Four people were shot and wounded and three people were arrested at the victory rally in Toronto celebrating the Raptors' NBA championship.
Toronto Police Chief Mark Saunders said four people suffered gunshot wounds but said none of the injuries was life-threatening. Others suffered minor injuries as they tried to get away from the shooting, said Saunders, who asked for witnesses and people who might have a video to come forward and help investigators.
"We do have people arrested with firearms and that's the start of the investigation," Saunders said.
The Toronto Raptors clinched the best-of-seven series in Oakland, California, on Thursday in six games by beating the defending champion Golden State Warriors 114-110, giving rise to a nationwide love affair with basketball.
Roughly 1.5 million people attended the celebration parade earlier in the day. The shooting happened at the later rally near the City Hall square, where tens of thousands of people had gathered.
