More than 300 people have been killed after flash floods triggered by seasonal rains ripped through Baghlan province, northern Afghanistan, according to the World Food Programme (WFP) on Saturday (May 11). In other news,Hamas'armed wing, the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, on Saturdayreleased a video showing a man held hostage in Gaza. The man can be seen alive in the 11-second footage.
