Blackbuck poaching case: Salman Khan sentenced to five years in jail, bail application tomorrow
A Jodhpur court sentenced Salman Khan Thursday to five years in jail for killing two blackbucks in 1998. The actor was also fined Rs 10,000.All the others charged in the case - actors Saif, Tabu, Neelam, Sonali Bendre, and Dushyant Singh, a local - were acquitted.

The superstar will have to spend a few nights in the Jodhpur jail before he can appeal for bail. A lot of money is riding on the actor and the projects he is currently working on and trade pundits state that nearly Rs 500 crores are at stake.
In a blog post, Facebook said that information about 562,455 subscribers in India — 0.6% of the complete count — may have been shared with the data firm that has worked with several Indian political parties for a long time. However, Facebook did not specify whether the company used that information for its clients.
