
Members of the Gujjar community in Rajasthan on Sunday decided to revive their agitation over reservation granted to them.
Gujjar leader Col Kirori Singh Bainsla was quoted saying by ANI that the community will launch an agitation before May 21 in Patoli, Pipalkheda, Dausa, Sikandra, Kotputli, Ajmer, Pali, Jalore, Bhilwara & Sawai Madhopur.
Bainsla further added that their demands have not been met and the government is providing them with just 5% reservation.
The Gujjar leader said that injustice is being done to the community in all vacancies and informed that members of the community will launch an agitation this month to press for their demand of five per cent reservation from within OBC quota.
