A.Surya Prakash has been re-appointed as the chairman of the public broadcaster Prasar Bharti. He took charge of the post from today.

The news of his re-appointment came out after The Information and Broadcasting Ministry had released an order on December 1. His appointment has been set till February 2020.
The appointment was approved by a committee headed by vice president M.Venkaiah Naidu.
