The 36-year-old singer had once again left her millions of fans in a frenzied state after sharing a cryptic message that many of her followers have not taken positively.

The retirement rumours started spreading after a clip from Rihanna's recent Fenty Beauty event in her native Barbados went viral.

While interacting with her fans during the event, the billionaire said, as per Page Six, “Music was the thing that got the attention, but God had other plans for me.”

The singer has been teasing her fans with updates about her new music for some time now. But her recentstatement has left her fans in a confused state.

The singer added, “I was able to create in ways that were very sincere and genuine, organic, and authentic to the things that I love. So, it doesn’t even feel like a job.”

The video from the event started circulating online with fans reactingon Rihanna's cryptic message.
