'Avengers: Endgame' cast tight-lipped over plot, argue over who was most emotional when filming wrapped

The countdown has begun for what is arguably the most awaited movie of the year. 'Avengers: Endgame' is all set to hit our screens on the 26th Of April and the excitement is building up minute by minute.

Fans can't wait to see their favourite superheroes uniting one last time to the beast the invisible 'Thanos' but the director of the film- Anthony and Joe Russo- are tight-lipped about the fate of the supervillain, who destroyed one half of the universe in 'Infinity War'.

When they were asked to spill some details during a press event, the directors remained tight-lipped. "That's another thing that we won't talk about, unfortunately. People will find out on April 26th," said Joe Russo while his brother Anthony added, "What are the chances that we are going to answer that question?"

The fourth installment of the 'Avenger' franchise which looks to wrap up eleven years of storytelling is bound to make both fans and the cast emotional.

"It's just kind of the whole shoot felt pretty nostalgic. Especially this one. We were constantly sort of talking about when it all started and how we sort of pulled this off and what we were a part of. And yeah, I don't know, I mean by the end of the run it was also like because we shot this for 8 months back to back, so I was also kind of happy to get off the set. But it was incredibly special and emotional," said Chris Hemsworth who plays Thor in the film.

While actors Mark Ruffalo and Chris Evans were of the belief that Scarlett Johanson got the most emotional, director Joe Russo begged to differ.
"Scarlett wasn't emotional. Scarlett is not- she is very good at dealing with the last days of shoots. I think other people because it's like summer camp. Every time like one of these are done, they all get sad because they're not going to see each other until the next one, " said Joe Russo.

Chris Evans admitted though that he got teary-eyed by the end of it to which Mark Ruffalo added, "We all were."

For stars like Scarlett Johansson, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner and Paul Rudd, their journey has been made all the more special because of the fans.

Meanwhile, many are expecting 'Captain Marvel' to be the game-changer in the fight against Thanos and actress Brie Larson is more than excited to join Team Avengers.

"I think I came in at a time that felt actually very comforting because I didn't know anything about what was going to happen. I still don't know what happens in this movie, so instead, it was more of like, 'Oh its a 10-year anniversary photo' where I got the opportunity to meet everyone and like ask stupid questions and be like 'I'm the new kid. And it was really helpful because making movies like this is like, its a triathlon. They are really complicated to do and so to have that sort of support going into it rather than jumping in just by myself is helpful," said Larson.
