'Sleepy Joe should...': Trump's 'suggestion' to Biden after disastrous presidential debate

Donald Trump has urged his rival Joe Biden to 'ignore' the critics andmarch on in the presidential race after the disastrous debate where the Democrat leader struggled. Biden's poll numbers have taken a downward spiral since the debate where the president displayed a less than adequate mental and physical fortitude.
Trumptook to his Truth Social handle and in a rather sarcastic tone, advised Biden that he should not drop out, despite a number of Democrats publically demanding to see another candidate take his place.
"Crooked Joe Biden should ignore his many critics and move forward, with alacrity and strength, with his powerful and far-reaching campaign," wrote Trump.
"He should be sharp, precise, and energetic, just like he was in The Debate, in selling his policies of Open Borders (where millions of people, including record numbers of Terrorists, are allowed to enter our Country, from prisons and mental institutions, totally unchecked and unvetted!)..." Trump continued with his usual campaign selling points.
"Yes, Sleepy Joe should continue his campaign of American Destruction and, MAKE CHINA GREAT AGAIN!" he added.
Trump and Biden went hammer and tongs in the first presidential debate last month but it was the former president that came out on top. Biden's incoherent mumbling and lack of mental sharpness at times was on full display during the debate, leading to worrying reactions from the Democrat wing.

Angie Craig, a sitting House Democrat from Minnesota on Saturday (Jul 6) became the fifth leader from the party to urge Biden to step aside in favour of a younger candidate.
The usually favourable liberal media outlets have also furnished numerous op-eds, suggesting Biden to call it quits and pass the baton to another candidate.
Biden refuses to quit
Biden, however, has refused to down the tools and said he will only quit if God tells him to do so.
"If the Lord Almighty comes down and tells me that (stand down from the race), I might do that," said Biden in his first interview after the debate.
Throughout the interview,Biden maintained his position as the most qualified candidate to "defeat" his Republican rivalDonaldTrump in November.
In response to a question about whether the polls suggest that 2024 would be "much tougher to win," Biden said, "Not when you're running against a pathological liar."
