IPL 2018: Gautam Gambhir opts to bowl against Punjab

Gautam Gambhir won the toss and opted to bowl first against Punjab at Feroz Shah Kotla on Monday.

Delhi and Punjab will be facing each other for the second time in this year's IPL and Gautam Gambhir will be in no mood to let R Ashwin-led side to win the second game against them. Their previous encounter was won by Punjab by 6 wickets. 

For Punjab, Aaron Finch will open the batting as Chris Gayle is out and David Miller is in the playing XI at the place of Gayle.

Gautam Gambhir has made five changes for the game, Chris Morris, and Jason Roy are injured so they have been replaced by Dan Christian and Liam Plunkett. 

Also, Amit Mishra is in the squad and two under-19 stars Avesh Khan and Prithvi Shaw got a place in the playing XI. Nadeem, Harshal and Shankar are out for today's game.
