''I invoke memories of more than 100 people who lost their lives while standing in queues as a result of demonetisation,'' he said.

With immense pain and a sense of deep responsibility that the 8th of November was a black day for our economy & democracy, Singh said.

Attacking the PM on another major issue, he said nothing was gained as often attempted by Modi ji to pit the two great leaders (Pandit Nehru and Sardar Patel) of power (against each other).
