Indian Army major Nikhil Handa has been arrested from Meerut's Daurala.
He is accused of murdering the wife of another Army major who was found dead in Delhi's cantonment area on Saturday.

Police said the victim's throat had been slit and her face had been run over by a car, in order to try and make her killing look like an accident. She was 35.
Police said she had been dropped off at the Army base hospital by a driver in her husband's official car.
But the driver was unable to find her when he returned. He also learnt that she had not attended her scheduled physiotherapy class.
