A microlight helicopter of the Indian Air Force with two pilots on board crashed on Thursday in Assam’s Majuli island, killing both.
According to initial reports, two IAF pilots were on board without any passengers.
This is the first such incident in the river island.

The crash site is in a remote location. Rescuers, as well as media persons, are on the way.
Villagers from nearby places are rushing to the crash spot. The accident took place near Dakhinpat Satra of Majuli.
