Just like Geet from Jab We Met, Ananya Panday burns her ex's pictures after breakup to release frustration

Ananya Panday is the real-life Geet from Jab We Met when it comes to releasing frustration after a nasty breakup. Back in the day, her go-to remedy was to burn her ex's pictures to move on from past relationships.
In a recent interview with Galatta India, she said, "I don’t do that now (burn photos of her ex), but I have done it. It’s not like I’m the only person on earth who has done this. A lot of people have. It’s a nice way to release your frustration."
She also revealed that she has matured in recent years and she now deals with emotions in a very different way and likes to focus more on self-growth. "Just deal with it. Nothing is permanent. You will figure it out. It will get better and knowing that is good enough," she added.
Coming to her dating life, Ananya was rumoured to be seeing Aditya Roy Kapur, however, they never made their relationship public. Currently, she is also rumoured to be dating Walker Blanco.
On the professional front, Ananya made her acting debut with the 2019 Dharma Productions film Student of the Year 2. She later starred in Khaali Peeli, Georgian, Dream Girl 2 and Kho Gaye Hum Kahaan.
