Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami and his wife Hasin Jahan are the new vicitims of internet moral police after he posted a photo album on Facebook. The album captioned "Beautiful Moments" were highly criticised by a certain community of users. In the family pictures, Shami poses with his wife, who is seen wearing a sleeveless gown.
The original Tweet:

This attracted a flood of trolls on both Facebook and Twitter:
The only silver lining during this episode was that many also came out in support of the cricketer and his family. Some high profile names as well as social media users supported the family's right to wear anything in a democracy.
The comments are really really Shameful.— Mohammad Kaif (@MohammadKaif) December 25, 2016
Support Mohammed Shami fully.
There are much bigger issues in this country. Hope sense prevails. pic.twitter.com/dRJO5WfOgU
Shami has now taken to the internet to hit back at the trollers with another post which says: "Those who are jealous of my accomplishments are speaking ill of me and my family. My wife and daughter are the two most important people in my life. Before commenting on others, we must look within ourselves and try to improve."
