Gravitas: Khalistani terrorists behind court blast in India's Punjab?

In Germany today, the alleged mastermind behind the blast at a district court in India's Punjab was nabbed. The accused is a top member of "Sikhs for Justice" - a banned pro-Khalistani group. Reports say he was in touch with Pakistan's ISI. Palki Sharma has more.
