If biryani is one of the favourite foods of India, then the Hyderabadi version certainly tops the list. World-renowned biryani of Hyderabad has been lauded again for its gastronomic brilliance, this time by the Wall Street Journal.
The American publication has issued a list of best restaurants in Hyderabad where people can get the authentic taste of the traditional Hyderabadi delicacy.
Shah Ghouse, Paradise, Shadab, Café Bahaar, Adaa (Taj Falaknuma) and The Spicy Venue were named as the top restaurants serving authentic Hyderabadi biryani.
Not only this, according to an online survey by Swiggy, the biryani emerges as the top choice among foodies when it comes to traditional preparations. The survey was conducted last year.
Other than Chicken Biryani, Masala Dosa, Butter Naan, Tandoori Roti and Butter Paneer also featured on the list.
