The Supreme Court, in the Kerala 'Love Jihad' case, has said the "consent of the girl is prime. She is a major".
The Supreme Court also ordered Hadiya's father Monday to produce her before it on November 27, the next date of hearing.
Hadiya's father Ashokan said he welcomed the order of the top court and would produce Hadiya before the court on November 27.
"Welcome the order of Supreme Court. I will produce Hadiya before the Court on November 27," Hadiya's father said.
In a video released recently by Rahul Easwar, Hadiya had said she was certain she would be killed soon.

When the couple approached the Supreme Court, it ordered the NIA (National Investigation Agency) to investigate whether their marriage was a case of "Love Jihad".
The Supreme Court also turned down Hadiya's father's plea Monday that the proceedings on November 27 be conducted in-camera, saying the proceedings would be open.
