Dwayne Johnson, Emily Blunt starrer 'Ball And Chain' to release on Netflix

We last told you about Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt coming together for a film together titled âBall and Chainâ. Well, the film has now been confirmed to stream on Netflix.

After starring in Disneyâs âJungle Cruiseâ, both the actors will lead the film as they play the role of a married couple who are going through a rough time until they have superpowers they can use if they plan on staying together. Thatâs where the fun begins!

Academy Award nominee Emily V Gordon has penned the script.

The movie is an adaptation of the 1990s comic of the same name by Scott Lobdell.

âBall and Chainâ will be banked by Dwayneâs Seven Bucks Production.

On the film, Dwayne said, âNetflix is the perfect partner to deliver this epic superhero/romantic comedy experience.â He added that not only is he excited to reunite with dear friend Emily Blunt in front of the camera but to also collaborate as producing partners as they bring Emily V. Gordon's script to life.

Earlier, Dwayne Johnson had partnered with Netflix for âRed Noticeâ. It is an action-comedy thriller film also starring Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds.
