Creators on youtube are struggling to stay on top of an ever-changing platform as many struggle with burnout.
For some, making content for youtube means a constant grind because breaks mean losing subscribers.
In the latest, Lilly Singh, one of youtube’s most successful creators is taking a break from the platform to recoup her creative energy.

Explaining that she is “mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually exhausted”, Lilly criticised youtube for being a constant grind.
In avideo released on November 12, Lilly takes about her inability to keep up with the demands of performing well.
Lilly also talks about taking a temporary break to work on her mental health.
