Pakistan: Chief Justice forms 9-member bench over military court trials in May 9 case

Pakistan’s Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial on Wednesday formed a nine-member bench to hear petitions against the trial of civilians before military courts under the Army Act for the May 9 violence, which erupted after former premier Imran Khan’s arrest in a corruption case.
