Pakistan elections: Death toll in Quetta blast rises to 32, at least 40 injured

wami National Party workers fired at Imran Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf(PTI) party workers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Sawabi district.
A powerful blast ripped through an area in Quetta close to a booth as polling was underway on Wednesday morning.
The death toll in the blast rose to 32 with at least 40 injured.
According to local media reports, the blast occurred near eastern bypass in Balochistan's Quetta. The blast victims included 3 policemen.
In another incident, there werereports ofa cracker being thrown atBhuttos' Pakistan Peoples Party(PPP) facilitation camp near Shah Muhammad Primary School in Larkana. According to preliminary information, four people have been injured.
Following the attack, polling washalted in NA-200/PS-11, DAWN reported.
Meanwhile, there were reports of firing from different places.Two people were reportedly injured in a firing incident which tookplace in Dera Murad Jamali in Nasirabad District in Balochistan.

Voting was also halted in the all-women polling stations after a scuffle broke out between variousparty workers in Peshawar.
