As momentum grows for superstar Rajinikanth's movie "2.0", there is now an official teaser launch date with us.
The teaser for Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar-Amy Jackson starrer"2.0" will be launched atNatchathira Vizha 2018, Malaysia on January 6.
The teaser launch like its music launch inBurj Khalifa in Dubai on October 27 last year will be a grand affair.
The announcement was made bysouth film critic and trade expert, Sreedhar Pillai, who tweeted:“#2PointO teaser to be released at the #NatchathiraVizha2018, Malaysia on Jan 6, says @Karthi_Offl . @superstarrajini will be there at the event."

The film is perhaps one of the most anticipated films of the year, apart from being India's most expensive feature film till date too -- made on a budget of over Rs 400 crore.

"2.0"is not only special because superstar Rajinikanth will take forward the story of prequel "Enthiran"but with this film, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar will make his debut in the Tamil film industry. Amy Jackson will be essaying the female lead in the film and playsan important role.
It was earlier announced on November 27 that the film will have its digital premiere on Amazon Prime Video.
