Gwen Stefani recently revealed that she has suffered an injury which has forced her to adjust her upcoming performance schedule. Taking to her Instagram stories on Saturday (Aug 10), the "Rich Girl" crooner revealed that she will not be able to perform on August 17 at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena in Atlantic City.

"Following a recent injury and after consulting with my doctors, I've been advised not to perform on August 17 at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena in Atlantic City," Stefani said.

Though Stefani didn’t disclose the specifics of her injury, she expressed her regret over the unexpected change. Apologising to her fans, she assured them that efforts were underway to reschedule the concert as soon as possible.

Fans who have already purchased tickets were informed that they would receive an email from Ticketmaster with details on the new date, and their current tickets would be honoured.

Despite this hurdle, Stefani’s official site confirms that she’s still set to perform at the iHeart Radio Music Festival 2024 in Las Vegas on September 20. Following that, she’s scheduled to appear at the South Star Music Festival in Huntsville, Alabama, on September 28, and at Live Out Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico, on October 12.

This injury news comes shortly after the release of Stefani's latest collaboration, "Hello World," which she co-created with Ryan Tedder and Anderson .Paak for the Olympic Games.

Released just two weeks ago, the song is designed to inspire greatness in both athletes and fans. Talking about the collab in an interview with People, Stefani stated, "We are thrilled to officially launch ‘Hello World’ for Paris 2024 in partnership with the Coca-Cola Company and the International Olympic Committee (IOC). We hope ‘Hello World’ inspires positivity as the world comes together to celebrate the Olympic Games."

Stefani will also be returning as a coach on NBC’s The Voice. The new season premieres on September 23 and it will feature Stefani alongside Reba McEntire, Snoop Dogg, and Michael Bublé.
