India tweaks natural gas pricing mechanism
Natural gas produced from Indian government allotted fields will now be linked to crude oil prices instead of gas prices and nations such as the United States, Canada and Russia. India's new price mechanism is likely to cut piped natural gas prices by 10 percent and compressed natural gas prices by six to nine percent.
