Tata Trusts Chairman Noel Tata has proposed a ₹25,000 crore liquidity lifeline for the Shapoorji Pallonji Group by buying a portion of its stake in Tata Sons. The proposal was tabled at a Tata Sons board meeting following discussions between Noel Tata, N Chandrasekaran and Shapoor Mistry.
