PM Modi flags off new train on Balangir-Bichhupali route in Odisha

Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off a new train on Balangir-Bichhupali routeat the cost of Rs 115 crorein Odisha on Tuesday.
In addition to the new train route, PM Modi also laid the foundation for the permanent building of Kendriya Vidyalaya at Sonepur at an investment of Rs 15.81 crore.

He also inaugurated renovation and restoration works of Nilamadhav and Siddheswar Temple in Odisha's Boudh district.
Informing about the event, the Prime Minister had tweeted on Monday: "There is something special about Odisha, that draws me to the state so often! Tomorrow I will be in Balangir to inaugurate and lay the foundation stones for several development works, which will have a transformative impact on Odisha's progress."
