
Haryana Assembly Elections 2024 Date: Haryana is gearing up for its Legislative Assembly Elections. The polling will take place on October 5 to elect 90 members of the Haryana Legislative Assembly. The results of the electionswill be declared on October 8.
The current Haryana Legislative Assembly will end its tenure on November 3, 2024. The last elections, which were held in October 2019, resulted in a state government being formed by the coalition of Bharatiya Janata Party and Jannayak Janata Party, with Manohar Lal Khattar as the chief minister.
In the 2019 elections, BJP won 40 seats and formed a coalition with JJP, who won 10 seats, while Congress won 31 seats. BJP and JJP have broken their alliance. This year, BJP, Congress, JJP, and AAP parties will contest against each other.
