Director Ram Gopal Varma announced his upcoming work to be in the form of a web series titled "Kadapa".
The announcement was made Wednesday in a lengthy Facebook post by the director himself.
He wrote:“The title is derived as a summation of what a region stands for in its bloodthirstiness a synonym of how violent power affects the internal politics of ambition, ego, greed and one-upmanship" while describing the reasons behind naming it as such.
In the post, he also mentioned that the web series will be shot based on theinformation that Varma has “gathered over many years” and his “extensive interactions with ex-factionists to their victims, their relatives and so on.”
