Ever since legendary actress Sridevi died on February 24 in a Dubai hotel where she was attending a relative’s wedding, Boney Kapoor’s elder son from the first wife has stood by the family for the father and his two stepsisters, Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor. In the latest example of acting like a big brother to both, Arjun Kapoor took to Twitter to slam a website which objectified his younger sister Janhvi. Janhvi and Khushi were visiting Arjun at his Mumbai residence on Wednesday night when talks about Janhvi’s wardrobe cropped up. Janhvi was spotted in a summery white sleeveless dress as she headed to Arjun’s home.
As he read reports of Janhvi’s dress being discussed, Arjun lost his cool and wrote a scathing tweet calling out the shameful act. He tweeted: "It's shameful that your eye would go searching for something like this. Shame on you... this is how our country looks at young women yet another shining example... ashamed by this."

Meanwhile, on Arjun's tweet, other Twitter users have started writing in support of the actor.
This is not a one-off case when Arjun has taken a stand for the sisters as he called out on people when they trolled the sisters as their mother, late actress Sridevi married Boney even though she knew he was married to late Mona Kapoor (Arjun Kapoor’s mother). Reacting to that incident too, Mona’s children, both Arjun and Anshula had spoken in support of Janhvi and Khushi calling them a part of the family.
Janhvi Kapoor will be making her Bollywood debut in Dhadak opposite Ishaan Khattar and will be directed by Shashank Khaitan while being produced by Karan Johar.
