Shraddha Kapoor thanks Stree 2 makers amid credit debate

There has been a lot of chatter about Stree 2 makers giving more credit and attention to Shraddha Kapoor during the film's promotions. The internet seems divided on whether Shraddha deserves the credit, despite having less screen time and her co-stars expressing their disappointment in interviews.

Amid all the drama and chatter, Shraddha Kapoor took to her official Instagram handle on Friday and penned a loved-up note for Stree 2's director Amar Kaushik and Dinoo. She also shared pictures of the two filmmakers along with the note.

While sharing the photo, Shraddha wrote, "6 saal puraane photos, pehli “Stree” ke dauraan humaare “Stree” aur “Stree 2” ke super duper blockbuster producer aur director ke saath. Thank you Dinoo aur Amar @amarkaushik mujhe apne kamaal, bemisaal aur lajavaab “Stree” picharon mein shamil karne," which translates to, "6 years old pics. First Stree and then Stree 2. Thank you Dinoo and Amar for making me a part of your fantastic and fun Stree universe."

Stree 2'ssynopsis reads, "The town of Chanderi is being haunted again. This time, women are mysteriously abducted by a terrifying headless entity. Once again, it's up to Vicky and his friends to save their town and loved ones."
