He made heads turn in his debut film and 30 years later Ajay Devgn is celebrating his 100th film. Devgn who made an impressive debut in 1991 in 'Phool Aur Kaante' completes 3 decades in Bollywood this month.

On Monday, his wife, actress Kajol took to social media to wish the actor for his 100th film, 'Tanhaji'. The film, incidentally, also stars Kajol along with Saif Ali Khan and is set to release in January 2020. 

Kajol tweeted, "30 yrs & 100 films old. From Phool Aur Kante to Zakhm to Golmaal to Shivaay & now finally Tanhaji! Through all the hard won Fridays I’ve seen u go through. All characters lead back to u. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan too joined Kajol in congratulating the actor. Khan took a trip down memory lane and recalled his smashing entry in 'Phool Aur Kante' as he tweeted, "Here’s looking forward to another 100 and more films from my friend @ajaydevgn. All the best for this milestone...from striding atop two motorcycles at the same time...you’ve come a long long way....keep riding...and all the best for Tanhaji.(sic)"

The film stars Ajay Devgn as Subedar Taanaji Malusare, who fought alongside Chatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj.

Meanwhile, Devgn will also be seen in Amit Sharma's 'Maidaan' which is a sports-based film and it will co-star Keerthy Suresh.
