Ohio US Presidential Election 2024: Vice President Kamala Harris and former president Donald Trump contested against each other for the 2024 United States presidential elections on November 5, 2024. The state of Ohio also saw Democratic US Senator Sherrod Brown’s bid for a fourth term as his party tried to gain a majority in the state in a tight race.
The state has seen one of the most expensive campaign ads over $400 million by the campaigns, parties, and outside groups. Although the state has flipped multiple times between Republican and Democratic parties, it has been out of the list of battleground states after turning red in the 2016 and 2020 elections.

In the 2020 presidential elections, Republican Donald Trump was victorious in Ohio with 53.3 per cent of votes against Democrat Joe Biden.
